“A good breadsticks recipe can be hard to come by. When pulled straight from the oven these are guaranteed to make your mouth water. One fun thing we did last Halloween was to make witches fingers. Just put a few drops of green food coloring in the dough and then some red food coloring for the finger nails. Kind of creepy huh. ”

2 Tbs yeast
4 Tbs sugar
3 cups water
2 tsp salt
7 cups flour

In Bosch, mix ingredients in order written above. Divide dough in half and let raise 20 min. Roll out 3/4 in. thick in a rectangle. Cut 1 in. strips (we have found a pizza cutter to be the easiest). Melt 1/2 cube butter pour 1/3 in a cookie sheet, and another 1/3 in other cookie sheet. Twist bread stick and place it on pan. Brush with 1/3 remaining butter. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese or salad supreme. Both are really good. Let it raise again and then bake at 400 degree for 20 minutes. Enjoy your new parmesan cheese breadsticks recipe!
