Italian Style Pasta

INGREDIENTS:

Chicken (optional)
Pasta (penne, bow-tie)
Carrots
Broccoli
Zucchini
Mushrooms
Green onion
Grape Tomatoes
Olives
Parmesan Cheese
5-6 garlic cloves
Seasonings One or more of:
Basil, oregano, thyme, rosemary

DIRECTIONS:

Start water for pasta. Cut up veggies (except tomatoes). Cut up chicken and saute in olive oil. Add garlic and veggies except tomatoes (microwave carrots and broccoli a little first). Cook to tender crisp. Season with desired amounts of spices. You can mix different spices or just use one. After draining water off pasta in a collander, add salt and olive oil, then veggies including grape tomatoes. Toss with Parmesan cheese and serve. The amounts of each item depends on how much you want to make.
