Cinnamon_Jumbles

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
1 egg
3/4 cup buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

DIRECTIONS:

In your Bosch mixer cream butter, sugar and egg. Stir in buttermilk and vanilla. Sift in flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix dough and chill. Drop rounded teaspoon sized balls of dough on a greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mixture on top. Bake at 400 degrees 8 to 10 minutes.
